I have been part of the Careers Hub since 2020, and have loved building relationships with school career leaders and encouraging them in the fantastic work they are doing to inspire and support their students.

I started working in the careers sector back in 2002 with Connexions Cornwall and Devon.  I completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance in 2006 and since then worked as a Careers Adviser supporting many local young people.  I also worked with the local STEM Ambassador Hub where I worked closely with local STEM employers encouraging them to work with schools to promote careers in STEM.

As well as working with schools across Devon I also manage data for the hub – I do love a good spreadsheet!

In my spare time I love being out and about enjoying the beautiful North Devon coastline and taking a dip in the sea when its suitably sunny and warm!
