One of the roles of Careers Hubs is to test theories on how to improve the outcomes for young people. We do that by running projects funded by the Careers and Enterprise Company aimed at specific groups.

So far, Careers Hubs across the country have tested ideas around how to support students not in employment, education or training, how to improve careers education for home educated students and increasing teaching encounters with industry, amongst other things.

In addition to these larger scale projects, we also link up with partner organisations to deliver programmes into schools and colleges.
