Being an Enterprise Adviser provides me with an amazing opportunity to help bridge the gap between the world of work and education within my local School.
Over the last few years, we’ve built a great relationship, working as a “critical friend” to influence and support the strategic planning from an employer perspective. Personally, it’s allowed me to meet and connect with local business professionals from a wide range of sectors across the city, develop my own skills, whilst gaining a real sense of pride in being able to give back to my community.
